    We are seeking a motivated and organized Manpower Supervisor to join our team. As a Manpower Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the allocation of personnel resources to ensure smooth operations across various departments. Your ability to effectively manage manpower resources will directly contribute to our company's success.

  • Job Responsibility

    1. Coordinate with department heads to understand their manpower requirements and ensure timely allocation of staff according to workload and schedules.

    2. Maintain an updated database of personnel, their skills, qualifications, and availability.

    3. Monitor daily attendance and punctuality of staff, addressing any attendance-related issues promptly.

    4. Plan and execute training programs to enhance the skills of existing staff members.

    5. Collaborate with HR to onboard new employees and facilitate their integration into their respective teams.

    6. Keep track of project timelines and ensure that sufficient manpower is allocated to meet project deadlines.

    7. Address conflicts or issues that arise within the workforce, providing appropriate solutions and escalating when necessary.

    8. Regularly review and assess the performance of staff to identify areas for improvement and recognize top performers.

    9. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manpower utilization and minimize downtime.

    10. Prepare and present reports on workforce allocation, performance, and other relevant metrics to senior management.

  • Educational Requirement

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    2. Proven experience in manpower management, scheduling, or workforce coordination.

    3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    5. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure. 

    6. Familiarity with workforce management software and tools is a plus.

    7. Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.

    8. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in workforce planning and tracking.
